Hanh has a physics degree that he uses to teach science courses. He recently took on the role of the head coach of the football team after his predecessor coach, Jeremy Reed took his abilities elsewhere.

Marshall Hahn was named Yukon’s head football coach on Feb. 2, 2021. The Board of Education made the decision after former head coach, Jeremy Reed, decided to take his coaching abilities to the college level.
Hahn has taught science at YHS for two years. He previously coached in Arkansas and in his home state of Colorado where he won Mountain Conference Coach of the Year twice.
“The number one goal of the program is to produce young people that will be champions for life,” Hahn said.
Hahn views football as an opportunity to teach students about how to navigate the world.
“I love working with young people and football is a magnificent vehicle to teach lessons that will serve us well throughout our lives,” Hahn said.
