PHOTOS: Numerous rounds of severe storms cause extensive damage in Canadian, Oklahoma Counties

On the morning of Oct. 13, residents were jolted awake to the sound of blaring sirens and phones as a Tornado Warning was issued for Canadian and Oklahoma Counties. The tornado-warned storm produced three separate tornadoes which touched down in Mustang/south west Oklahoma City, central Oklahoma City, and northeastern Oklahoma City. Just two days later, The metro area saw another round of severe weather causing extensive damage in southern Oklahoma City.
According to the Storm Prediction Center, Oklahoma saw 14 tornadoes touch down on Sunday and two on Tuesday, making October the month with more tornadoes than March, April, and May combined.
