Landon Thomas is a Senior at Yukon High School and is primarily interested in writing sports stories and editorials. He is 18 years old and loves to hangout with his friends and his dog Hugo in his free time.

With being his last musical, and playing the lead in The Music Man, senior Josiah Reyes reflects on his time in the program. "With this being my final YHS production, I am sad to go but grateful to say I got to experience it with the most talented and fun people I know," Reyes said. "I loved playing Harold Hill as I got to make the character my own and it was definitely challenging, but I had a lot of fun with it and I am glad this is how I got to go out."

The Batman debuted over the March 4 opening weekend and made over 258 million worldwide. The Batman is a very dark detective noir that will keep you guessing on the edge the whole time. "I absolutely loved every minute of The Batman and I can't wait to go see it again," senior Taylor Graham said.

With it being two years since the last Mill Week, some students are ready to have some fun for Mill Week 2022. "I am so excited for Mill Week because the last time it was here, it was my freshman year," junior Cassidy Terry said. "I know me and a lot of other people have been working hard in order to make sure that this Mill Week helps those in need and something that we can also have fun with."

The Pom squad has a rich history of taking state titles and competing with the best of the best at nationals over the past three years. On Feb. 4, pom competed and placed second in Orlando, Florida with some of the best teams in the nation.

Yukon Wrestling fought valiantly against Mustang but came up short losing the duel. Freshman Hayden Wright showed some impressive skill with a great throw. "I wanted to get the crowd going so I went for a big throw," Wright said. "I felt like I needed to give us a good start because this was an important duel."

Yukon took on Mustang in the first of their two matchups this season but came up short 74-66 in a tough fought game. Sophomore Dylan Snow showed out making not only his season debut, but his Varsity one scoring 19 points, four rebounds, and four assists. "I just went out there and did exactly what the coach has asked me to do in practice," Snow said.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) started in 1954 throughout many schools across the country where students are given the opportunity to build community with their fellow peers that have the same religious beliefs. "I love that I can come here and know that I have other people outside my church that are my age who share the same interest as me," senior Sophie Behrens said. "It really makes me happy to say I have made a lot of new friends that are good for me by just attending FCA."
